HR Intern:
Job Responsibilities:
Staffing coordination, including but not limited to hiring position posting on job boards, resume/candidate screen, interview coordination, new employee on boarding coordination, and etc.;
Staffing related report maintenance and analysis;
Staffing projects supporting, like campus recruitment, and etc.
Staffing vendor management, including support vendor set up, contract maintenance, and payment follow up, etc;
Other assigned HR related job;
Requirements:
Strong interpersonal skill
Passionate and strong ownership
Self motivated and able to work under high pressure
Excellent English capability
Able to work at least 3 days a week, 2nd year master student is preferred
Candidate with event coordination and project management skills is preferred
IT intern:
Job Descriptions:
Install or repair Windows computers with standardized applications;
Diagnose and solve hardware and software issues of client computers;
Document internal procedures and knowledge sharing;
Data collection and analysis for hardware and software inventory.
Requirements:
Smart, Responsible, Quick learner;
Strong interpersonal skill, good at communication, especially in English;
Familiar with Windows, Office, Internet Explorer, and other client software, knowledge of network is preferred;
Work at 5 days a week is preferred.
Failure Analysis Intern:
This position provides the opportunity to learn both semiconductor IC wafer fab and assembly test processing technology. We are searching for a self directed, highly motivated individual to join our team. Analog circuitry knowledge is preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide electrical failure analysis to identify the failure on semiconductor devices
Perform fault isolation, circuitry analysis and physical failure analysis to identify the physical failure.
Frequently interacts with engineering peer groups, design, test, quality, etc.
Facility Intern
Job Responsibilities:
Daily support for Facility team including: Document filling, Contract archiving, Daily/Monthly report etc.
Be responsible for raising the facility related purchasing request and invoice checking and tracking.
Communication with external supplier for daily facility maintenance and office cleaning/plant service.
Other assigned tasks from Facility Management
Requirements:
Bachelor degree
Excellent English capability
Strong interpersonal skill
Passionate and strong ownership
Self motivated and able to work under high pressure
Able to work at least 4 days a week
