ARM HR Intern
Overview of ARM

ARM designs the technology that lies at the heart of advanced digital products, from wireless, networking and consumer entertainment solutions to imaging, automotive, security and storage devices. ARM is an intellectual property (IP) company whose assets are its people, patent portfolio, design methods and experience. Our focus is on design and research development; we place greater store on the creation of ideas and technical methods than on the acquisition of physical assets.
Role
ARM is currently seeking a Human Resources Intern to perform a variety of administrative tasks in areas such as recruitment, compensation, employee relations, learning and development, and benefits administration. In this role, he/she will provide support in the following areas:
• Administration of Asia vacancies including scheduling interviews and conducting background and reference checks
• Collating interview feedback from all interviewers, keeping candidates/recruitment consultants updated on status
• Support and coordination of training events
• Manage the labor contract signing and renewing
• Maintenance of confidential employee information
• Assistance with various HR projects and support in other areas of HR as needed
• Work on Employee personnel data management on SAP
• Manage holiday/leave of employees and generate monthly report
• Other HR Operational activities
Job Qualifications
• High attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent organization and time management skills with the ability to multi-task
• Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, SAP knowledge is a plus) with the ability to pick up new software quickly
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced work environment
• Master or bachelor candidates and can work at least 3 days per week.
