Our sales consultant preferences are as follows:
• A minimum of 22 years old with a college degree
• Fluent in speaking, reading and writing English
• Self motivated and well organized
• Familiar with the local property leasing market
• More than 2 years of work experience in the real estate business
• A professional attitude towards organization and management
• Willing to work towards a high income
• All nationalities are welcomed (European and North American are preferred)
Salary: Basic + Commission
Our customer service and administration officer preferences are as follows:
• Fluent in speaking, reading and writing English
• Professional telephone manners
• Excellent documentation and presentation skills, using Microsoft Office
• Proactive database and calendar management skills
• Mail and email organization
• Internal expense accounting
• Document translation
• Interaction with both staff and clients in a poised manner
• General administrative support
• Chinese citizenship only
