Job Description:

1、Participate the project management team and take charge of the RF(X) activities according to the internal and external customer needs;
2、Take lead to establish a strong supply base and maintain the AVL with respect to the concerned commodities;
3、Develop new suppliers as per the company requirements and ensure the quality standards of the purchased goods with the help of SQE;
4、Make sure the purchased materials be delivered on time (OTD) and project schedule be met in time;
5、Fulfill the cost improvement initiatives and negotiate favorable trading terms with the suppliers to achive such sourcing metrics as PPV and material productivity etc.;
6、Analyse the marketplace trend and make out the commodity strategy as per the macro-economic situation;
7、Work out the relative sourcing process and procedure and continuously improve them in order to comply with global standards;
