Job description
Marketing Support Intern including but not limited to
Support Marketing Manager in marketing program development, execution, and reporting
Analyze campaign data, and help prepare presentation deck
Other ad-hoc task upon team’s request

Sales Support Intern including but not limited to
Support account managers to complete the whole customer recruitment cycle from acquisition to maintenance;
Communicate with customers within defined guideline and procedures
Consolidate and verify account profile and other sales documents
Other ad-hoc task upon team’s request

Operation Support Intern including but not limited to
1.    Support operation activities including time/calendar management, planning, communication, coordination, presentation preparation, analysis, business process optimization and documentation
2.    Other ad-hoc task upon team’s request
Qualification
You should be a master’s degree candidate. Additional qualifications include:
Strong Excel skills
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
High proficiency in PC and hands-on experience in Microsoft® Office and/or Outlook*
Strong communication skills, analytical skills, and problem solving skills
Detail oriented
- Ability to manage multitask and to work in a dynamic and changing environment, either independently or in a team
- Previous working experience in multinational companies would be an added advantage
Ability to handle multiple program tasks of moderate complexity
Ability to identify new and innovative ways to handle his and/or her tasks or responsibilities
