Job Description:
1. Office administration and logistics
-Assist with the preparation and coordination of CDC activities and events such as company presentation, workshop,interview, job fair, etc.
-Logistics (office equipment and stationary, room booking,poster posting, etc.)
-Save and keep online and offline office files.

2. Data and information management
-Collect survey and input the data.
-Update CDC calendar, Blackboard, Alumni BBS, CDC website, etc.
-Build and maintain the database.

3. CSM Maintenance
-Create and edit companies and contacts\\\' account.
-Search and file companies\\\' profile and other information.
-Post job openings and on-campus activities.

4. Liaison with stakeholders inside and outside the school to support business development and enhance the networking between CEIBS MBA students and external companies

CEIBS is the leading China-based international business school, with all three programmes ranked in the global Top 30 by the Financial Times.
