Job Descriptions:
1. Coordination with facility team and property management company and the building
2. Identify root cause of problems and opportunities to improve customer experience.
3. Prepare reports to present findings.
4. Perform additional assignments and responsibilities as assumed or requested by supervision.
Requirements:
1. Business, Science or Engineering bachelor degree or equivalent.
2. Fast-learner with good business sense, analytical thinking, self-motivated, proactive and flexible to learn new things
3. Good problem solver and is able to work under pressure
4. A good command of English in both writing and speaking.
5. Proficiency in using Office tools, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
6. Ability to assume responsibility and to interface and communicate effectively with others. Effective oral and written communication skills and ability to work with different teams in a professional manner
