Title: HR Assistant Intern

Responsibilities:
-Work closely with research scientists from multidisciplinary teams;
-Collect historic case information from Siebel and generate metrics report by using Excel
-Make phone calls to customers who didn’t reply to our survey email. Those customers are located in China, South East Asia, Australia and India.
-Calculate the NPS based on the phone survey results, develop NPS report by countries by products
Requirements:
-Senior students who are majored in English, Computer Science or Electric
-Fluent English and Mandarin, both written and oral
-Be able to talk to people who have strong Australia and Indian accent
-Must come to office to work for at least 15 days
-Good computer skills in MS office software
-Previous internship experience in international company be a plus
Desired
Since this intern will talk to customers in different countries, we prefer the intern to speak excellent English and be able to talk to those people who have strong Australian / Indian accent.
