Job Description:
Duties:
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following, other duties may be assigned based on business needs.
1.Schedule appointments for managers and arrange travel schedule and reservations for visitors and internal staffs.
2.Support department recruitment process. Schedule interviews and new hire boarding process.
3.Organize department events and activities, such as team building, annual party and etc.
4.Maintain department archives. Take meeting notes and track follow-up actions.
5.Collect information and data and compile reports.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor degree and above.
2.2 years working experience in a relevant position is preferred.
3.Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel and Powerpoint).
4.Experiences in compiling and preparing statistical reports, spreadsheets and presentations.
5.Work independently and self-motivated.
6.Good communication and inter-person skills.
7.Excellent English ability in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
