JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a full-time analyst to perform solution design, configuration, administration, and support duties to include:
Live event production and broadcasting
Video capture, encoding, and publishing
Delivery and administration of rich media content
REQUIRED SKILLS
Bachelors Degree in Information Science, Broadcast Engineering or equivalent.
General knowledge of:
Rich Media / Video Standards
Content encoding
Media Streaming
Rich media editing
Media libraries and content indexing
Networking basics and delivery of information over the network
Ability to work as part of an Information Technology team to:
Bring a consistent understanding and approach to media capture, publishing, management, and delivery
Design and document rich media related solutions
Assist with the implementation and maintenance of rich media systems
Interact with all levels of employees and management to coordinate successful broadcast or recorded events and production of rich media content
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Excellent communication, organization, and management skills including strong English speaking skills
Ability to establish, develop, and maintain relationships with colleagues across diverse organizations
Ability to work flexible hours to interact with global team members in varying time-zones
Knowledge and experience with current and future trends in technology and systems developed for rich media content
Experience training users and facilitating knowledge transfer to assist customers in the process of creating and publishing rich media content.
Excellent self starter with very good organizational capabilities
Experience in Media Streaming servers, encoding, event production is a plus
