Job Description:
-Arrange meetings/appointments and travel schedules (domestic and international) for Dept. Director; responsible for travel management: air tickets and hotel bookings and reservations, prepare travel and normal expense claims and check expense claims;
-Assist in Market Research and Customer analysis, collecting information from multiple sources, arrange the information with WORD/EXCEL/PPT in an explicit reporting manner
-Daily administration and filing, handle phone calls, messages, equipments, stationeries...
-Perform other assigned tasks related to daily business operations, not specifically mentioned in the job description
Qualifications:
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
High proficiency in PC and hands-on experience in Microsoft Office and Outlook
Strong communication skill, analytical skill, and problem solving skills
Ability to manage multitask and to work in a dynamic and changing environment, either independently or in a team
