Responsibilities:
1, Posting job descriptions externally (at public recruiting websites) and internally (for internal referral), applicant tracking - registering candidates (shortlisted) from various channels (internally referred, from public postings and direct sourced) and candidate management;
2, Coordinate the interview process including arrangements of all logistics;
3, Compiling list of all Interns of Mercer China on monthly basis;
4, Follow up recruitment process with aligned to relevant global/regional policies;
5, Prepare welcomen note and follow with hiring managers for probation review,etc.;
6, Supports for HR reporting and other admin. task.
Requirements:
1. Education: Undergraduates or Under-postgraduates, HR, English, or relevant major preferred;
2. Knowledge & Skills: Relevant internship or work experience in HR fields preferred;
3. Availability: Available to work at least 3 days per week for a 6 month period or longer;
4. Good communication, fast learning, self motivation, high commitment, down to earth and result oriented.
