Qualifications:
- University degree with related experience in multi-national companies and will graduate in 2012 (start as an intern, candidate for permanent employee after graduation)
- Possess excellent written and verbal communications skills in English and Chinese
- Strong attention to detail and quality orientation
- Highly organized and professional as position interacts with people from a globally dispersed team
- Self-motivated and have the initiative to be able to complete the task without supervision
- Exhibit a high degree of accuracy and diplomacy when making judgment calls
- Ability to prioritize, multitask and meet deadlines without reminders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications specifically for Outlook* and/or Email, Word*, Excel*, and PowerPoint*
Responsibility:
In this position, you will be performing various administrative in support of senior leaders at Business Operations and Product Enabling Group.
— Typical duties may include but are not limited to the following:
— Provides administrate support for the senior leaders including managing calendar, making travel arrangements and preparing expense reports;
— Schedules and coordinates logistics for meetings and events, maintaining office contacts;
— Communicates with corporate senior executives office for administrative arrangements;
— Manages departmental recognition, tracks headcount and spending;
— Serves as an information resource/communication channel for policies and procedures;
— Other administrative duties such as execution of research, data analysis, and preparing reports / recommendations.
