Position: Research Assistant of Organizational Behavior Professor (Prof. Henry Moon)

Job Responsibilities:
        Assist faculty in teaching, including course development and design, material preparation, and other logistics coordination;
        Assist faculty in research, including finding articles/books, editing references, making tables and figures, collecting/coding/analyzing data, coordination of research projects, and etc.

Job Requirements:
        Excellent command of English;
        Good skills in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, SPSS;
        Good skills in library research and data analysis;
        Bachelor or Master in Psychology preferred.
最好是心理學，HR專業学生，本科、研究生、博士生都可以。

Working time and Salary:  

        Flexible time scheduling; starting now for the next several months.
        Students should be in Shanghai.
        RA pay monthly based on school policy (The budget for an undergraduate student will be RMB15/hour; master student RMB20-25/hour; Ph.D. student RMB 25-40/hour.)
本科生每小时15元，研究生每小时25元，博士生每小时40元。
