Position Brief
The SAP Global User Groups Organization as part of the SAP COO Board area is responsible for the relationship with SAP User Groups. These customer-driven organizations provide to SAP an opportunity to engage directly with SAP customers and partners and receive unbiased feedback. SAP’s relationship with these groups is crucial to validate strategies, influence product roadmaps, and enhance overall customer experience and adoption of our products. User Groups are strategic to SAP as they provide us with an unfiltered view of the market needs and requirements, helping us to continue being a customer centric organization.
Tasks of the Global User Groups Organization include managing overall relationship with User Groups around the world, gathering customer insights and the Voice of the Customer to influence SAP strategies, decisions and enhancements for products and services. In addition, the Global User Groups Organization helps SAP to build and support sustainable customer-centric engagements with different stakeholders across all SAP Board Areas (Field, Product Management, Solution Marketing, Development, Support).

Responsibilities & Tasks
• China SAP User Association webpage content build and maintenance
• Data management of SAP User Group membership
• Weekly China SAP User Association statistics report
• Edit and deliver Newsletter E-mails and E-press
• Close collaboration with SAP Community Network
• Summarize and document customer feedback, results of market research studies and surveys.
• Supporting daily operational tasks of SAP User Group China, including: member registration, event and conference preparation, programs execution etc.
• Supporting liaison and coordination between SAP User groups and its university membership
Skills & Competencies
• Strong communication skills with enthusiasm and an attention to detail;
• Strong self-motivation with customer focus, teamwork spirit, result oriented;
• Familiar with web 2.0 technology, interested in learning enterprise social network and social business;
• Proficient at graphic design skills, web design and development skills;
• Master Microsoft Office;
• Fluent English in business writing and oral communication.
Education & Working Experiences:
• Sophomore (2nd year of graduate student) or 1st year of post-graduate student in Computer Science / Media or equivalent, who can work at least 2 full days a week;
• Basic understanding in SAP solution portfolio or customer business application requirement
• Experience with Website/BBS management, alumni network, association or social community management is a plus
