Good in programming and code style, C#/.Net will be an appreciated plus.
Good in problem analysis, problem solving and adept at identifying software defect.
Has knowledge base in software testing, operation system, network, software engineering, and etc.
Good communication skill and good English speaking & writing will be an appreciated plus.
Good team player, can work on challenge task, and be able to self-motivate.
