1. Job description
Under the Supervision of the Project Manager:
Manage all project documents according to instructions for project documentation procedures.
As the single point contact to submit all official documents including engineering drawings/documents and reports to the customer
Monitor the document quality to ensure the use of right template, version, format, correct spelling, etc.
Log the documents status and prepare the documentation report
Expedite project documents within the project team as per project plan including engineering drawings, documents, project reports.
To assist project manager to collection documents or project information to consolidate or prepare project reports.
Prepare final vendor data book
2. Main work relationships
European, Asian, Middle East project teams, customers, vendors
3.Background/Experience Required
1.Min. bachelor degree, preferable business management, accounting or computer science
2.Min. 2 years of project document management experience
3.Knowledge of project management or telecommunication will be a plus
4.Excellence in MS office (word, excel, power point) and office tools
5.Proficient oral and written English
6.Sensitive to numbers and spelling
7.Willing to work under great pressure to meet deadlines
8.Good communication skills and a good team player
