Logistic Support Intern

Responsibilities:

1.      Analyze the data from Intel internal tools or suppliers.  Support operation supervisor or project data analysis and summary.  

2.      Issuing PO in the system for multiple sites.

3.      Maintain the Ops team shared documents and timely updated.  

4.      Maintain North Asia Ops team website and achieve relevant documents in the share folder.

5.      Collect site CSI indicators and follow up the reason/action plan if not meet the target.  Monthly send out CSI report.

6.      Support operation supervisor SRC review meeting and Supplier performance issue tracking and set up reminder.

7.      Ad-hoc report support.

Qualifications:

1.      Good English capability.

2.      Skillful in Excel, PPT, outlook.  

3.      Master in Economics, Finance, Logistics, Trading or Industrial Engineering is preferred.  

4.      At least 3 days working/week.

5.      Plan to sign the contract at least 1 year.

Data Automation Intern

Student for Data automation and web page application development

Description

Job Description: A candidate for a temporary position who has not yet graduated and is working towards a relevant Technical, Master's degree from a relevant academic institute. A Student employee can do specific work in the area of his future degree or work as a Generalist in APAC CQE department.


Qualifications

Required Technical Skills
- Student with Computer Science technical orientation. With remaining study period of at least 3 semesters
- Knowledge in Microsoft* Office* applications with emphasis on advanced knowledge in Excel (Pivot Tables, Database queries, Conditional formatting etc, VBA/Macro script.)

- SQL skills (Stored procedures writing, advanced querying)

- knowledge to do the data mining on the web based application

Required Non Technical Skills
- Customer orientation
- Good ability to learn new processes/applications
- Responsibility

- Action orientation, attention to details
- Fluent English (both written and reading)
- Great interpersonal skills
