Position: Intern

Location:                             Xin Zhuang Industry Zone, Shanghai
Educational background:        Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Analytical Chemistry or related
English requirement:                Good

Job Responsibilities:

- Paper mill’s sample analyses in STC CAS group.
- Product quality analysis in STC CAS group.
- Chemical analytical lab operation skills including sample preparations, instrument operation, and data analysis and interpretation.
- Have hands-on working experience on at least some of the following instruments/techniques: ICP, IC, GC, FTIR UV/Vis spectrophotometer, etc.

Job Requirements:

- Have relevant skills and knowledge.
- Able to learn new skills.
- Reliable, have good work ethics.
- Able to follow work plan, job instruction, and test protocols, etc.
- Accurately record test data and observations.
- Good Chinese and English communication skill, candidates with truly strong English communication skill are preferred.
- Good computer and Internet skill, good personal and team-work skill.
- Able to work at least 3 days per week.

Assist the technician to
- Help paper making and paper testing lab
- Conduct coupon analysis and assist to write report to requestor in time
- Maintain the Water Application Lab
- Carry out related experiment, characterization and troubleshooting etc.

Job Requirements:

- Able to learn new skills.
- Reliable, have good work ethics.
- Accurately record test data and observations.
- Good Chinese and English communication skill, candidates with truly strong English communication skill are preferred.
- Good computer and Internet skill, good personal and team-work skill.
