    现iQubator上海办公室诚招实习生。
职位详情：
招聘人数： 2人
工作时间： 9小时/天, 3~5天/周
实习期限： 6个月
工作地点：上海市黄陂南路700号
薪酬：2000RMB/月
（特别说明：通过实践考核，6个月后，对于实习表现优异的同学，有机会成为iQubator的正式员工，iQubator为您提供良好的发展平台和丰厚的薪资福利。视个人情况而定，每月工资为5000~15000RMB。更有机会赴合作公司或海外工作。）

具体要求：
  本科/硕士，管理/法律/IT或相关专业者优先。
  有较强的英语口语与书面表达能力。
  能熟练操作Microsoft Office。
  性格开朗，沟通能力强，工作认真负责，注重细节。
  对电子商务有一定兴趣，愿意学习。

Internship program with enormous possibilities

iQubator is an innovative and fast growing Business Support Office / Business incubator and E-commerce support organization with Swedish ownership and with employees in Hong Kong and Shanghai through our Scandic Sourcing Branch. iQubator offers tailored solutions for foreign companies entering the Chinese online market through different business platforms, events, investor relations and tailored services. Through Scandic Sourcing we offer traditional business consulting services such as sourcing, recruitment, business set-up and trading.

We now have several internship openings within the business areas of iQubator with placement at our Shanghai office (near Xintiandi) with beginning immediately. The Internships run for 3-6 months with 2000 RMB per month allowance after which they can be transformed into full time positions with significantly higher payment. Unpaid internships are also available, where the intern only needs to present themselves at the office on a weekly basis.

During the internship the intern will also be given possibility to solve tasks on direct order from iQubator’s customers, for which separate payment will be offered between 30 and 100 RMB per hour. Additional 5% commission on sales leads generated will be settled at the end of the internship.

During your internship you will be tested, receive training and be able to work with several different areas of our business depending on your former expertise and future plans:  


  Market Research
  Translations
  Event organization and representation
  Sales
  Web development
  Online Marketing
  Legal research
  Government relations


After the 6 months, if you have completed your internship with good results, you will be allegeable to support one or several clients with their China-entry. The salary will then increase to 5,000-15,000+ RMB depending on your expertise and level of responsibility. Bonus programs, options in the supported client’s company and overseas placements will be available.

Requirements:*


Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business / Law / IT or other areas related to your tasks and future plans
1-5 years relevant experience
Personal maturity
Pleasing personality and openness
An interest in e-Business/e-Commerce and eagerness to learn
Fluid English and Mandarin. Other language are a plus


* These are minimum requirements for the internship position. Placement as Country Manager or other support position direct under our customers will be evaluated during the internship.
