中国分析中心成立于2007年，现已发展成为eBay全球营运提供分析支持的核心部门。该中心的使命是为eBay全球市场营销及核心业务提供快速、准确且高效的分析支持。该中心具有提供全方位分析的能力，其支持范围涵盖eBay全球互联网在线营销分析、综合营销分析、 客户分析、投资金融分析、以及网站运营分析、物流配送优化、智能搜索分析等领域。该中心一向致力于利用最先进、完善的分析方法和技术，通过对数据的量化解析来驱动eBay全球营销策略和市场运营的流程优化，从而创造价值并为eBay的上亿用户提供最优的在线购物体验。
Founded in 2007, eBay China Analytics Center (CAC) is now growing into an analytics powerhouse that serves eBay's global operations. Its mission is to provide quick, quality and efficient analytics support to a full spectrum of function areas including eBay’s Global Internet Marketing Analytics, Integrated Marketing Analytics, Customer Analytics, Marketing Investment & Financial Analytics, as well as Site Operation Analytics, Shipping & Fulfillment Analytics, and Search Analytics, etc. CAC focuses on leveraging the most advanced and sophisticated analytics methodology and techniques, applied on terabytes of internal transaction data, to generate customer insights and business intelligence that drives business strategies, operational excellence and process optimization. Through this process, CAC creates value and improves the online shopping experience for eBay’s 100+ Million buyers and sellers.

Business Analyst (12人)
Responsibilities:
Apply quantitative methods to interpret business information
Visualize information, design and generate data reports upon clients’ requests
Support the development of business initiatives by providing quantitative analysis and generate business insights
Communicate with working peers, effectively deliver key business findings
Provide technical expertise in at least one of areas: data manipulation, automation, business reporting, data mining and statistical modeling with the help of cutting edge technologies
Conduct ad-hoc projects, collaborate with global teams and take part in international projects
Drive innovation to impact business results.
Requirements:
Bachelor/Master degree, major in mathematics, statistics, economics, logistics, engineering, computer science, and other quantitative majors
Strong analytical and data manipulation skills, experience with SAS/SPSS/R is a huge plus
Skilled in SQL and relational databases; be able to query data according to business requirements
Adept with Microsoft Office suite, advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint and VBA
Knowledge in data mining, including building of proper models based on algorithms such as regression, segmentation, decision-tree, neural-network is a plus
Ability to conceptualize complex problems and determine data-driven approaches to finding an answer. Strong problem solving skills
Quick learner, self-motivated, team player with work passion
Strong oral and written communication skills in English
Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a timely manner
