Responsibilities
Perform various administrative and project-related activities in support of Intel HR Staffing team. Typical duties may include but are not limited to the following: Running offer letters, supporting background investigation, supporting medical check, interview arrangement, etc. Assignments are complex and diversified in nature and may require working within a nationally dispersed team. Work performed within generally defined parameters. Judgment and decision making ability is required in resolving moderately complex problems.
Qualifications
You must be a student currently pursuing a BA or Master degree in Human Resources or a related career field.
Additional qualifications include:
- Proficient in both English and Mandarin
- Good communication skills and coordination capabilities
- Team player and quick learner
- Good skills in Microsoft* Office*
- Interest in Human Resource Management
- Ability to execute problem solving strategies
- Integrity and reliable
