RESPONSIBILITIES
• Monthly MIS reporting creation.

• Analysis DWH data.

• Work closely with fraud managers to understand analytics and MIS needs to design and complete MIS and reporting in support of ad hoc requests from the business, regulatory agencies, and/or other audit entities.

• Provide strategic recommendations based on observations of key business indicators and trends.

• Make recommendations and communicate the results to senior management.

• Evaluate effectiveness of current fraud policies and strategies.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of software applications, data sources and variable characteristics.

• Make significant contributions in the development of analytical tools used in the assessment of fraud risk and policy.

KEY REQUIREMENTS
• Qualifications include a 4 year degree in Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.

• Minimum 1+ years of Credit Cards related experience or 2+ years related analytic experience using quantitative analysis, preferably in a fraud context.

• Significant and proven capabilities to support: MIS Reporting, analytics, and data infrastructure within the organization.

• Ability to interpret analytic results and present/summarize for management review.

• Minimum 2+ years experience in statistical analysis with working knowledge of SAS.

• Excel, Access and Word Proficiency within the MS Office application

• Ability to operate in fast paced high volume environment with proven abilities to consistently meet aggressive deadlines

• Presentation skills required with ability to successfully influence and drive direction to accomplish department goals

• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, excellent interpersonal skills, thought leadership and should be comfortable working with ambiguity.
