Job Description:
Responsibilities may be quite diverse of a team administrative nature. The person in position will be responsible for the team’s logistics arrangement, event scheduling, asset management and tracking and other daily routine jobs.

Qualifications  
A very organized and dependable individual with commitment to customer satisfaction, excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to perform with a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.

1)        Candidate must be pursuing Master’s Degree and be available to work at least 3-4 days a week for continuous intership of 6 month or 1 year.
2)        For those candidates of Arts or graduate in Year 2014 will be most preferred.
3)        For candidates live close to Intel Zizhu site will be a big Plus.

Additional requirements include:

-Be proactive, going beyond the call of duty to ensure the management is efficient.
-Be detail-minded, paying close attention to details and strives to anticipate the needs of every task.
-Be ability to prioritize, and meet deadlines without reminders.
-Good judgment is required in resolving complex problems and making routine recommendations.
-Excellent communication skills with all levels of employees and management.
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite - excellent Outlook skills.  

Candidate must be pursuing Master’s Degree and be available to work at least 3-4 days a week for continuous intership of 6 month or 1 year. For those candidates major in Arts and graduate in Year 2014 will be prioritized.
