Position：Corporate Communications Specialist
Location：Jinqiao, Shanghai (with shuttle buses to cover most areas)

Job Description：
Intern is fully responsible for Communications role in Shanghai location. Will support communications managers and vice president. Responsible for online campaigns, web publishing, social media, and newsletters.Knowledge in Photoshop Editing and using multimedia supports, such as video camera and video shooting will be an advantage.
•        Working closely with APAC Corporate Communications team and the teams in other countries
•        Ensuring Corporate Communications programs, events and other initiatives are implemented efficiently and effectively.  
•        Provide web services such as publishing, editing, layout and design. Responsible for assisting with Intranet content management, providing articles, ensuring content ongoing publishing support
•        Create, manage and maintain the communications calendar.
•        Build and foster collaborative relationships with other groups within the location
•        Help build community engagement with our social media platform (name: Engage)
•        Manage communications calendar and activities
Job Requirements:
•        Earliest starting date: 1 June 2012
•        Duration:       Minimum 10 months, maximum 12 months
•        Available time :    4 working days per week
•        Working hour:           8.45 am – 5.45 pm (Monday to Friday)

•        Completely comfortable in an international working environment
•        Technical knowledge in Photoshop Editing and using multimedia supports, such as video camera, video shooting and lighting will be an advantage
