EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS (COMPANY FIT/JOB FIT)
- Support CoE training program to set up the end-to-end training operation process and contribute to continuous improvement
- Coordinate and set up all trainings for CoE Teams in China
- Involve in annual training planning, and be responsible for scheduling, meeting room arrangement attendee tracking, reporting, etc
- Work with SAP training organizations to leverage their training and service offerings
- Actively share knowledge/experience with other team members
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES (SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE)
- University Graduate
- Excellent English Skills (both oral and written)
- Excellent inter-personal and inter-cultural communication skills
- Advanced PC skills, particularly MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

WORK EXPERIENCE (PERFORMANCE CAPABILITY OR SKILLS)
