实习要求:一周四天
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality administration support to Tech Managers including sched
uling appointments, receiving visitors, travel arrangement etc.
- Organizing meetings, workshops, conferences etc by providing logistics suppo
rts e.g. inspection of venue, invitations, agenda, participants' confirmations
, hotel reservations.
- Support on daily administrative tasks for the team such as making PO, manage
stationeries, office furniture and equipments.
- Coordinate communication with global leaders, cross-business leaders and emp
loyees.
- Support some Communication & HR activities
- Prepare necessary documents, equipments and other affaires for new employees
.
- Any other ad hoc tasks assigned
Knowledge/Languages:
- Good interpersonal and verbal communication skills in order to deal tactfull
y and effectively with internal/external contacts at all levels
- Result and quality oriented
- Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to prioritize and coordinate
work distribution
- Familiar with office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other relevant c
omputer software.
- Proficiency in both oral & written English and Chinese
Experience:
- Bachelor or above, 2-3 years admin/secretary experience in multi-national co
mpany is preferred. New graduate with potential is acceptable.
