It is a one year program which will be managed by Ingersoll Rand Safety & Security College, we will assign strategy intern independent project, assign the professional Mentor from senior leadership team, who commit to develop young talents. We will have Strategy Intern Salon, regular webinars, sharing lecture, Career planning contest. Young students will achieve not only the rich experience with a Fortune 500 company, but also the high value added learning opportunities and networking, you will gain insight into management systems, culture and values of Ingersoll Rand Security Technologies.
