Responsibilities

上海で日本国内ビジネスへのサポートを行っている部門で、以下の業務を行っていただくお仕事です。
- お客様（代理店を含む）との遣り取り（メール＆電話）
- 見積書作成
- オーダーエントリ
- 在庫確認
- 出荷処理
- 売上検収
- 請求書、納品書発行
- On Line Storeと直結

- Provide support to Japan local business partners (sales, dealers).
- Interaction with internal department in Japan and other regions.
- ERP System operation for order entry and tracking.
- Trouble shooting on business end.






Qualification

応募条件
●ビジネスレベルの日本語力／ベーシックな英語力
●基本的なPCスキル
●受発注等、ある程度の業務プロセス知識

求める人物像
●責任感と根気があり、同僚と協力して業務を進めることが出来る方
●事務職に適応出来る方

- Bachelor or same/above level
- Business level Japanese
- demonstrate strong accountability
- customer serving willingness
- Easy-going and be good at team working
- With accountability and common business acumen
- Adapt to working under pressure
- 1 or 2 years working experience is preferred
