HR Intern
Report to:
HR Manager
Key Responsibilities:
-Under HR Manager direction, provides administrative support for human resources operations, including job posting, interview arrangement, C&B process and etc.
- Providing assistance including personnel data input, candidates pool management, employee activities coordination, IC card tailor and etc.
-Responsible for administrative assistance including meeting schedule arrangement, files management and etc.
-Daily HR & Admin routing works.
Requirements:
-Bachelor degree, HR, Public management , English or related major is preferred.
-3rd grade in university is preferred;
-Fluent English, oral and writing;
-Independent, strategic thinking, willing to involve in daily HR operation matters;
-Familiar with Word, Excel, PPT, Lotus;
-Experienced in office administrative support is preferred;
-Good team player, logic;
-Working time: 9.00 – 16.00, could work at least 3 days per week;
-Internship period:long-term.

Zhangjiang Hi-tech Zone, near to Zhangjiang subway station
Salary:
RMB50/day.
