The responsibilities of the intern include:
• Support HTEC manager to ensure HTEC facility is functioning and in good condition
• Assist HTEC manager on the HTEC tour scheduling and can facilitate some HTEC tours (both internal & external visitors) independently
• Internal liaison with Honeywell SBG/Us Marcom on HTEC relevant activities
• Daily administration – customer database management, post tour follow-up activities, etc.,
Required skills of the candidates:
• Possess at least a Bachelor’s degree, engineering or telecommunications major preferred
• Possess good communication skills - both English and Chinese, written and oral
• A quick learner that can grasp various knowledge required as a professional HTEC tour guide
• Enjoy responsibilities and able to take own initiative with enthusiasms
• Can work for the consecutive 6 months or longer and shall be available at least 3 full days per week
