Position:           Marketing/Sales Assistant (1-yr Contractor)

Reports to:       Marketing Director
Location：Shanghai

Responsibilities:
1. Support brand team on office administrative works including travel arrangement, stationery, meeting/events arrangement and etc
2. Support brand team on proper documentation of newspaper, magazines and other files
3. Support brand Team includes contract, payment and etc
4. Works closely with EL Team and retail sales force for monthly product orders and follows up upon related logistic settlement
5. Working closely with special event team on promotion project
6. Other related duties

Requirements:
1. 2012 Fresh graduates
2. Smart, initiative and Can-do attitude
3. Hardworking and detail oriented
4. Good spoken and written English & Mandarin
5. Familiar with MS office software
6. Has previous relevant working experience with marketing department in MNC is preferred
7. People with good performance has the opportunity to have permanent headcount
