BiTS (Binary Translation Software) team within DPD (Developer Products Division) delivers innovative, high quality software and tools to enhance Intel core technology and platforms from server to mobile device. BiTS Shanghai (Application Binary Translation or App BT) owns leading edge technology of binary translation and quality control technology and owns 100% application level binary translation products.
Qualifications
The candidate should possess at least a Master degree of Computer Science (or related BS/MS degree in Computer field) or a bachelor degree with at least 2 years experience.
The candidate should have following qualifications:
l Excellent development and debugging skills (system level language such as C, C++ and assembly preferred)
l Proven track record of analyzing and solving complex technical problems
l Good understanding of quality control in software development life cycle
l Excellent written and oral communication skills and be able to clearly communicate technical detail and concepts
He/She should have at least one of the following qualifications:
l Solid understanding of compiler technology
l Solid understanding middleware components in smart phone device
l Solid understanding of Intel Architecture
l Solid understanding of operating system and drivers fundamental
l Proven experience in application or platform development in mobile system such as Android, iOS or Windows Metro
l Solid understanding of virtualization technology
l Solid understanding of formal verification technology
l Solid understanding of managed runtime system like JVM, Android DVM
Responsibilities
Job Description: Responsibilities may be diverse during different stage of produce life cycle. The responsibility of hired employee will focus on developing products, tools and validation method. The job scope may include:
l Participate in product concept readiness proving by implementing prototype, or collecting and analyzing data
l Actively co-work with other engineers in design review and product implementation
l Implement, deliver and refine product features independently
l Design and implement validation tools to measure or verify quality and performance of products
l Develop advanced validation methodology to control or verify product quality
l Work closely with colleagues or customers cross organization or cross GEO to collect requirement, solve technical issue or share knowledge.
