Hiring Company Opera Solutions – HR Dept.
Location Shanghai, China
Position Summary
Assists the Human Resources Manager for all HR related issues among the China offices, including but not limited to Personnel Management, recruitment, C&B, training, performance management, HRIS and employee communication, etc.
Responsibilities
1. Employee Attendance Record maintenance.
2. Maintains employee records and personnel files in compliance with governmental regulations.
3. Conducts the employment verification process.
4. Assists in conducting Campus and On-going Recruiting.
5. Assists to complete and log personnel documents relevant to hires, terminations, promotions, transfers, benefits and other related HR record.
6. Employment contract preparation/management and other employment related works.
7. Assists in conducting new hire orientations and other internal training.
8. Explains human resources policies, procedures & programs.Provides local employee counseling services on a variety of work and labor related issues.
9. Other jobs assigned by manager.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree.
2. Familiar with China Labor Law and local principle.
3. Experience in administrative and general human resources activities is preferred.
4. Demonstrate proficiency with PC and EXCEL, PPT, Word, etc.
5. Ability to handle high volumes of work in an efficient and timely manner.
6. Excellent communication, interpersonal and organization skills.
7. Fluent in both written and speaking English (CET6 or above).
