HR Intern - ES APAC(伊顿电气亚太总部招聘HR实习生)
Job Description:
1. Assist in recruiting work, CV Screen, interview arrangements related
协助开展招聘工作,如简历的筛选、面试安排等
2. Assist in filing & documentation and system maintenance (eg: Annual Leaves Collection ,etc.)
协助进行数据及档案的整理及维护,如年假管理等
3. Assist in related C&B work
协助进行相关C&B的辅助性工作
4. Involve in other training / communication projects as assigned
根据分配情况协助其他培训/沟通项目
5. Other support as needed.
完成主管分派的其他任务
Requirements:
- University students major in human resources management or equivalent experience
本科或以上学历,人力资源专业或有相关工作经验的学生
- Excellent written and oral English skills ( above CET6/ TEM-4)
出色的英语读写能力(要求CET-6或者专四及以上)
- Take initiatives, team player, able to work under pressure
工作积极主动,有团队合作精神,能够在压力下完成工作
- Internship experience in MNC or HR function is preferred.
有HR方向或者跨国企业工作经验者优先
- At least 3.5 working days per week, commitment for at least 3 Months
每周至少3.5天工作时间,能够保证3个月以上实习期限
