JD:
•         Review commercial contracts in English and in Chinese; 审阅中英文商务合同；
•         Identify and analyze legal and contractual risks; 指认和分析法律和合同风险；
•         Make review comments and revise the contracts if needed; 摘录纪要，有需要的话修改合同；
•         Well-performed candidates will have the opportunity for a permanent position upon graduation. 表现良好的实习生毕业后有录用的机会。

Requirement:
•         Committed and available to work at least 3 days a week; 至少每周保证三天的工作量；
•         Fluent in both oral and written English; 流利的英文口语和书面表达；
•         Outstanding academic credentials from a reputable school with a law degree will be a plus; 优先考虑优秀的法学院学生；
•         Proficient in MS office tools; 精通电脑操作，尤其是 office软件；
•         Team player and self-motivated; 有独立工作和团队合作的精神；
•         Good communication and interpersonal skills. 良好的沟通技巧。
