【实习】上海微创软件紫竹园区培训助理招聘

Major Responsibilities:
1、Partners with internal clients to conduct business needs assessments and create training plan and delivery it.
2、Design the training invitation, activity poster etc.
3、Assessing employee development needs and designing training programs to meet those needs.
4、Plan and manage tasks to develop and execute Training Plans on projects.
5、Succession plan and talents review process participating
6、Training records management

Preferred Qualifications:
1、Solid knowledge of Office, Photoshop is preferred.
2、Bachelor degree or above, Major in Human Resources is preferred.
3、Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure.
4、Good interpersonal and communication skills.
5、Fluency in both written and spoken English.

工作地点:紫竹科学园区 微创大厦
工作时间:保证每周3个工作日以上的出勤率,能坚持6个月以上的实习期
