Location: Zhangjiang Hi-Tech, Shanghai

Responsibilities

1.     Support key events of higher education programs in Shanghai.

2.     Organize task-force meeting, arrange meeting agenda and take minutes.

3.     Communicate and coordinate with vendor on a daily basis.

4.     Provide some logistic support to drive the business growth.



Qualifications

1.     Bachelor degree or above, with Finance-related major is preferred.

2.     Strong passion in education program and strong sense of responsibility.

3.     Excellent communication skill and good team player.

4.     Commit 6 months internship or above (1 year is a plus), with 3 days or more on site per week. (Can apply for leave during university exam time.)

5.     Fluent oral and written English, good ppt skill.
