Administrative Assistant 部门行政助理(实习)
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Receive, screen & distribute incoming mails & correspondences.
2. Receive telephone calls & answers routine inquires.
3. Provide professional secretarial support to Sales, Services & Support team.
4. Establish, revise & maintain files & records.
5. Coordinate the department activities to achieve the effectiveness.
6. Independently make necessary arrangements for conferences, meeting, customer receptions & visitor schedules
7. Prepare and process order documentation and follow up delivery
8. Administrate department assets and demo systems
9. Initiates correspondences and makes appointments
10. Performs special assignments as directed
11. Keeps the working area a neat & comfortable environment.
12. Good intern is also acceptable, please ensure you can work at least 3 days per week.
