You should possess a Master's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or equivalent experience. Additional qualifications include:
- Highly self-motivated
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to provide effective, hands-on technical leadership in a results-oriented, team environment
- Java(primary skill), C/C++, database design and development/SQL, Java scripting and web service devolvement and deployment.
-  Familiar with cryptographic theory and algorithms such as PKI, RSA, X509 certificates etc.
-  Understand information security policies and standards, and software security
-  Familiar with TCP/IP network protocol a plus
