Job Description:
This is a HR intern position supporting the China Research & Development Business HR (referred as BHR in below) Organization. The job responsibilities include but not limited to, managing team calendar and organizing team event, support Zizhu business group's customized and vendor training, supporting HR visitor's itinerary, leading the BHR LEAN project, planning and organizing Zizhu HR development training and GPTW (Great Place to Work) events. The candidate is expected to have good interpersonal skill, positive and proactive working attitude, good team work spirit and necessary problem solving skills.
Requirement:
2014 or 2015 Master Degree graduates who can work 20+ hours on internship every week. Master degree in Human resource, Organization Development, etc. is highly preferred but not a must.
