说在前面：
1.这个位子做得好可以留用的，所以老板会比较prefer大四的孩子，今年四大的行情大家懂的，机会难得啊！不过其他年级也很好，只是没有留用的机会哈。
2.考虑到男女比例的问题，这次的实习只要男生！优秀的女孩子十分抱歉！

Responsibility:
Assist Deloitte Club related events
Intern recruitment support
Daily campus email box checking and campus recruitment system maintenance
Hotline answering
New hires' post connection and onboard preparation
Other ad hoc tasks assigned by manager

新员工的联系和报到的准备工作
其他经理安排的相关工作
  
Qualifications：
Bachelor or master degree, related major or working experiences are preferred
Full-time internship from February to July, 5 days/week
CET-6, TEM-4 or above, good oral and written English skill
Embrace challenges, creative thinking and well-organized
Good communication and coordination skill
Nice personality, able to work under pressure
Strong Commitment to HR profession, self-motivated
Can be transferred to be permanent employee based on internship performance
本科或研究生学习阶段, 相关专业或实习经历优先
实习期为2013年2月-7月，5天工作日全职实习
熟练掌握英语口语和书面写作能力
善于学习、工作勤奋、能承受工作压力
聪慧，独立性强，性格随和，以及较强的沟通能力
对HR工作有热情
视实习表现有转正机会
