Title：Facility Intern

Summary:

                The Department Facility Administrator is responsible to assist the CTC Facility Manager / Project Manager to handle all facility affairs.

                Assist the management of Security Team, Janitorial Team, Cafeteria Team.

                Assist for issuing all purchase requisitions for office equipment, Landscaping, capital for facility request.
       
                Assist for project/facility document management.

                Support ISO14000 Environmental Management System, GSSF (Global Star Safety Frame) management system, in support to the EHS Manager.


Education, Experience & knowledge
        1)    Master Degree
        2)    Good command of the English language
        3)    Good computer software skills
        4)    Ability to organize and communicate effectively
        5)    At three working days a week
