招聘职位：
直营店营业员2名


工作地点：
1.        上海新天地时尚：黄浦区马当路245号1楼
2.        上海环球金融中心：浦东新区世纪大道100号3楼


工作时间：
做一休一，10:00~22:00


职位要求：
具有良好的销售技巧，善于表达及与顾客沟通，有团队合作精神，工作积极主动，为人热情开朗，有责任感，品貌端正，能与客人用英文进行简单会话。


薪资待遇：
试用期工资 = 底薪2000元，试用期1个月。
转正后工资 = 底薪2000元 + 工作表现考核奖金 (max 500元) + 营业额提成1%
        底薪将根据实际能力及工作经验做适当调整。
公司支付全部四金，个人所得税自理。
遇国定假日当班，按照国家规定支付当日加班工资
年假：工作期满一年后，每年享受7天年假（56小时）

Working Hours:
        Work every other day, from 10 am to 10 pm

Job Description:
        Strive to achieve sales targets without compromising service excellence
        Promote and sell products and services available in the retail outlets
        Deliver good customer service
        Maintains and housekeep the retail outlet

Job Requirements:
        Good team player, have passion for life, energetic, warm and cheerful personality
        Good discipline and honest
        Effective interpersonal skills and love to interact with people in all walks of life
        Well groomed and always observe the good image and reputation of the company
        Have basic listening and speaking of English

Salary & Bonus:
        Probation period: one month, basic salary 2000 rmb
        Regular employee: basic salary 2000 rmb + performance bonus (max 500 rmb) + sales bonus (1% of turnover realized on duty)
        The basic salary will vary according to the experience and practical working ability.
        Company will pay for all the social insurance.
        Individual income tax will be paid by the employee.
        Company will pay for the overtime when the duty meets with the national holidays.
        Annual leave: enjoy 56 hours every year start from the 2nd year employment.
