Ericsson from Sweden and Shanghai Industry Co., Ltd. jointly established Shanghai Ericsson Electronics Co., Ltd. in 1996. It mainly designs, manufactures and sells DC/DC power module products. It is part of Ericsson Power Modules AB whose presence is all over the world. The company is Located in Jiading Forward Industry Park.
SEC will enter a phase of expansion and we are now looking for excellent competence for the following positions:

Position A: Order & Deliver Intern.
.Responsibility
•Organizationally, the Order & Deliveries Manager leads the operation of the subunit function of Order & Deliveries under SEC/Logistics and is ultimately responsible for ensuring that all activities within this area and secure it is optimally performed.
•Contribute to and work actively towards fulfilling all requeirments team assigned and excel data analysis, reports,and some project.
•Register customers’ orders in SAP.
•Assistant order officer and analysis data in Excel and PPT
•Organize internal meeting and publish MoM after the meeting
•Finish manager assigned job on time.
.Qualification:
•4-5 days on duty per week, at least 6 months working period
•No limitation on majors
•High working sprit and teamwork
•Good communication skills
Position B: Planning Intern
.Responsibility
•Pick up the customer orders received by Order and Delivery, and confirm or reschedule production schedule based on material and capactiy capability.
•Montor the flow of materials for production, and constantly update plan allied with latest material and capacity status.
•Provide weekly planning reports
•Work with related functions to secure production related systems are always in good mode to support production activities
•Coordinate production and warehouse activities to fulfil customer orders.
•Report production result.
•Other jobs assigned by manager.

Position C: HR Intern

RESPONSIBILITIES
•Coordinate interview arrangement .
•Maintain HR system.
•Assist in project and task force concerning the activities related HR& Organization.
•Other tasks assigned by HR Director.
REQUIREMENTS
•Master degree, major in Human resouce or relevant.
•Good communication and interpersonal skills.
•Initiative, innovative & sense of responsibility and confidentiality
•Independent and good at problem solving.
•Fluent in English speaking and writing.
•At least 4 days per week.
