HR Intern
职责:
1、支持招聘团队工作的日常运营。
2、发布招聘信息、收集并筛选简历、搜索潜在候选人;
3、电话面试候选人、预约并安排面试、接待候选人、招聘面试系统维护;
4、跟进整个客户面试流程进行,对候选人的背景调查并完成报告;
5、职位描述(Job Description),面试评估的整理工作;
6、其它与招聘相关的事务,同时参与2013年的校园招聘项目等。

要求:
1、行政、人力资源管理专业优先,英语CET-6及以上;
2、大三和研一以上学生优先;
3、良好的学习能力、沟通能力及团队精神,强烈的责任感;
4、较强的文档管理能力;
5、愿意面对具有挑战的工作安排;
6、该职位供长期实习,不转正,每周不低于四天实习时间。
