HR Intern
For students interested in exciting Human Resources (HR) careers, TI offers challenging assignments and meaningful learning at a company that gives you the chance to think beyond the ordinary. As a member of our global HR team, you’ll work with leaders across the company to help ensure TI has the talent and capabilities that are needed to win in the highly competitive semiconductor market space.

Working as an HR intern in TI, you’ll be provided a unique opportunity to experience different HR area which allows you to make a decision about what works best for you. After internship appraisal process, you’ll have an opportunity to join TI’s HR team.

Job Responsibilities:
-Working at different HR areas, such as Staffing, Training, Business HR;
-HR projects supporting, for instance campus recruitment, training projects;
-Daily works including hiring/training support, report maintenance & analysis;
-Vendor management related tasks, such as support vendor set up, contract maintenance, and payment follow up, etc.;
-Be responsible for the HR database maintenance;
-Other assigned HR related jobs;

Requirements:
-Human Resources or Business related major in 3rd year of college & 2nd year of postgraduate preferred;
-Passionate and strong ownership;
-Self-motivated and able to work under pressure;
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
-Good at English communication;
-Candidate with event coordination and project management skills is preferred;
Able to work at least 3-4 days a week;
