Position: IT Intern (WP Developer)
Location: Shanghai
For this IT Intern (WP Developer) position, we are looking for a very bright, highly motivated, hard-working, entrepreneurial, university student who is committed to driving a key website development project and being part of a high-performance team that is focused on building a unique online platform that will provide huge value to mainland professionals. Responsibilities:
1. Work closely with our Marketing team and CEO to get a clear picture of the main objectives, targets and blueprint of the website
2. Independently develop the website according to key objectives and requirements
3. Work with the Marketing Team to collect ongoing feedback from target users
4. Continuously improve the website’s design according to user feedback and the Marketing Team’s evolving requirements
Requirements:
1. Very familiar with website development using Wordpress, with previous experience developing a website with Wordpress highly preferred
2. Familiar with PHP and MVC
3. Good at HTML, CSS+DIV
4. Junior or senior year university students, preferably with an IT major or huge IT-related interests
5. Able to come into the office at least 4 days a week. 5 days a week is preferred.
6. Good English skills in listening, writing and speaking
7. Hard working and highly motivated to work in an entrepreneurial, international-caliber environment and team, with the drive to be a part of an ambitious, high-value project
