Title:                         Commercial Operation Specialist Intern

Detail work Location:        No. 1 HuaTuo Road Zhangjiang Hi-tech Park Pudong New Area
Duration:                 6 months
Working frequency:        4 days
Target onboard date:        ASAP


Job Responsibilities:
1.        Work with commercial team and cross functional teams to develop valuable winning solution to close profitable orders.
2.        Establish relationship and interface with internal functional team to ensure compliance to customer, company, project and regulatory Quality management systems at all times.
3.        Review and negotiate Terms & Conditions, manage contracts to ensure compliance with contract commitments and commercial risk assessment.
4.        Drive and support to achieve financial and operation targets committed.
5.        Go through ITO process and DOA to control risk.
6.        Hand over ITO to OTR and update new deal tracker monthly.

Requirements:
1.        B.S Degree or above in Engineering
2.        Excellent interpersonal communication capability
3.        Experiences in chemical/water industry/Project and commercial background is preferred
4.        High level of English capability and computer application.
5.        Demonstrating the dedication to job role and task accomplishment.
6.        Being accountability, self-motivation and diligence
