Job Description
1. Staffing:
Interview arrangement, meeting support
Intern Mgmt: attendance record checking,  salary calculation, Intern Insurance update and expense claim.
Internal Recruitment announcement
Campus recruitment coordination if necessary.

2. Training:
Training Admin Management, including:
- Training program enrollment, training result assessment, training record consolidation and analysis;
- Maintain the training calendar (yearly & monthly);
- Arrange and tracking the payment related with training;
Training on-site support if necessary.

3. Performance Mgmt
Internal communication and file mgmt
Training setting up and on site support

Requirement
1.4-5 days a week
2.Bachelor degree at least
3.master of  excel, world, PPT
4.Related experience,good English skills
5.Quick learner and good at communication,flexible
6.Detail oriented and patient

工作地点:上海浦东南路360号新上海国际大厦(地铁2号线陆家嘴站附近)
